Nov. 17th, 2003 10:40 pmIs it wrong for me to be happy that Sniper #1 has been declared guilty? I hope not. But after spending a couple of months doing my senior research project in a cemetery, your nerves kinda wear out when you are looking around when you hear even the tiniest noise. Perhaps that is why I began to listen to music while in there. I know dancing around to TMM might not be the most respectful thing to do in a cemetery, at least it put me in a cheerful mood.
I didn't get my paycheck today, cause the treasurer forgot to bring it with her to work. So maybe tomorrow. My ceiling was panted today. It had gotten waterstained from the air conditioner in the apartment above mine.
I went to the library and picked up some books to further educate myself. One being the letters of John and Abigal Adams and the other being "Forgotten News: The Crime of the Century and other Stories" by Jack Finney. If I was to write a book it would be just like that one. What I would really like to do would be research full-time and look up fun historical facts for writers and such. Somewhat like a dramaturge (is that how it is spelled?). And then, to lighten the mood, I went to the children's section and took out the movie "A Little Princess" but the good 80s version that stayed true to the book. Her father is dead! and he does not return! For the longest time I hated Shirley Temple because of the version of "A Little Princess" that she did. But I'm over that now.
