I have the best friends in the world. I really do! I love you all. You should be told that, and often.

Thanks for your words of encouragement in my last post. And thank you for sticking with me, even though I have my moments.

As far as dropping a course to make my life easier, I really can't. I would lose money and would have to stick around in grad school for another semester, something I really don't want to do. So I am stuck. But my outlook on life is much better at this moment. Maybe because my book review is finished, and although it might not be the best cookie in the cookie jar, I think it is alright. Or maybe it is because of Julie Andrews.

But more on that later. I'm too tired tonight.

Bon soir, mes amies!

So Jen, Meredith and I snuck out this afternoon in an attempt to get warm and avoid doing homework. We went to the B&N at the Prudential Center and as we were approaching the store, there was a sign overhead. It said something about a book signing by Julie Andrews with a special performance by the cast of The Boyfriend on October 11th.

Julie Andrews! I'm going to go meet Julie Andrews tomorrow with Jen and Meredith!

Everytime Jen and I see each other now, we say Julie Andrews and giggle with mad fangirl delight. And Meredith just rolls her eyes and pretends she doesn't know us. Oh goodness, I'm such a dork. And a poor one. Do you think she'd sign my dvd of either Thoroughly Modern Millie or Mary Poppins? We can get her to sign two things if we are nice and she has time.

Eeee!!!!

ETA: Both mine and Jen's parents met Maria von Trapp. How odd is that?
