Aww, I made a little kid almost cry tonight. We were supposed to be standing up behind our chairs and acting out a story, but he was wandering around all over the place and generally not listening. So, I sternly told him to pull out his chair and sit in it and don't move. He looked so sorrowful and pitiful that I ended up feeling wretched for being so harsh on him. Luckily, ten minutes later, he bounced back to his normal self.

I spent the day at work doing a complete overhaul of our newsletter by putting it into a new template and working in photos and other such exciting stuff. Our printer, though, isn't working that well, so I might have to remove the pictures if they keep printing out all liney. I wanted to get this all out of the way by the end of the week, but I still haven't received newsletter stuff from the county historian so who knows how long that will take. I've been waiting for weeks as it is (but yes, I shouldn't say anything because she had the flu last week).

I told Mary Ann about being accepted into Simmons College. I think between the two schools I'm leaning towards that one. As Mary Ann said, looking down at my piles of archives I'm shifting through right now, that is where my heart is. Hmm, ponders putting a poll up and letting you all decide for me. ;)

Mom leaves tomorrow in the wee hours of the morning. Probably my tapping away here is annoying her, so I should get going.
