mmebahorel, it's time for your weekly book update! Haha, just what you always wanted. Today I discovered and purchased KGB: The Inside Story of Its Foreign Operations from Lenin to Gorbachev by Christopher Andrew and Oleg Gordievsky. It's hardcover and in v. good condition. I hope that it is something that you want! And, I should really send you these books soon before I'll have to rent a U-haul to do it. ;)

I ended up not unlike ladyshrew's favorite punk co-worker this morning. Betty had sent me some files through email that I had to edit and then burn on a cd to take to work. Well, it turns out that she has some different formating on her Word program that I don't, so it screwed up all of mine. That made me miserable, hateful, and I ended up crying about it. After about an hour (well, not that long) I finally managed to figure out how to make my Word program go back to its normal lovely self. Or maybe I was just crying because I had to work on my day off. After I did all that work, and printed them off at work, Betty never showed up to claim them. Quite disappointing.

Dad drove me to the Book Depot which was as fun as ever. We went shopping afterwards for groceries and other fun stuff. The rest of the afternoon was spent quietly at home where I realized only too late that I was supposed to do laundry today. Too late because I had to go off to choir practice for 7 tonight. Which was oh so exciting.

That's entirely different. You're not panicking in front of customers over something stupid. Computers actually BEING bitches and messing with formatting when it was something you shouldn't have had to do anyway is worth getting upset over.
